Apartment 84 is a standard ground floor studio located next to the tennis courts, the Royalton hotel, and our unique Rock Pools. It offers considerable closet space and is furnished with a dresser, a dining table and chairs, and a queen sized bed. Cable television and broadband internet service is provided. The kitchen has a three-burner electric stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, a 9 cu ft fridge. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The apartment will be stocked with a basic supply of foods (rice, flour, pasta, sugar), spices, condiments, and enough coffee for your first morning. A turndown service and apartment cleaning is offered once per week and if needed you may contract with our helper Dorothy for other services that you may need such as babysitting, cooking, or doing the laundry.
